Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Log into your account and submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request to receive a unique tracking number for your electronics.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the item in its original anti-static bag and protective housing, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior of the shipping box.

• 3.
  Ship to Service Center

  Send your package via a tracked carrier to our designated Quality Control facility for technical inspection and verification.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians confirm the component's integrity, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
